  • Define during project initiation; consult as needed through go-live.
Tips
  • Work with HR leadership to fit the project’s rewards and recognition activities into the company’s performance management practices.

Description
  • Reviews the project’s “lessons learned” to capture what worked well as well as areas for development. Also serves as a continuous improvement loop for future projects.
Timing
  • Conduct review four to six weeks after the project go-live.
Tips
  • Engage all stakeholders including project leadership and project team members.
  • Share/publish findings with all stakeholders. Agree on what actions will be used in future programs.
