Before joining Ignite, Craig most recently served clients in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice for 15 years, where he co-led Deloitte’s national Clinician Adoption practice for several years. Prior to this Craig worked in Accenture’s Change Management practice for a total of 9 years, serving clients in a variety of industries. In between Accenture and Deloitte, Craig helped start two Internet-based businesses serving change & learning solutions to clients in the early 2000s.
