Miguel is an accomplished change management and project management consultant with 25 years of experience with large system integration projects across the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. He has led successful projects for companies including ACE Global, Edelman, Grainger, and Johnson Controls.

Alejandra provides operations, administrative and human resources services at Ignite. Alejandra has a strong academic background coupled with leadership experience in the public and private sectors at the international level. She has 23 years of business, government, and education experience.

Jake is the Director of Operations for Ignite, where he manages day-to-day operations while also delivering specialty services for client projects. He comes from a real estate and finance background and thrives at providing efficient processes. Jake has been an integral part of the Ignite team since 2016 when he joined as a consultant. His creativity and communication have made him a favorite among our clients, who appreciate his ability to get things done quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Craig brings 25+ years of experience managing and leading change programs for Big 4 professional service firms. Before joining Ignite, Craig most recently served clients in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice for 15 years, where he co-led Deloitte’s national Clinician Adoption practice for several years. Prior to this Craig worked in Accenture’s Change Management practice for a total of 9 years, serving clients in a variety of industries. In between Accenture and Deloitte, Craig helped start two Internet-based businesses serving change & learning solutions to clients in the early 2000s.

Matt focuses on helping Ignite’s clients develop project and change management plans, stakeholder analysis, and communication strategies. He analyzes project roadblocks and provides recommendations for successfully overcoming them. He has worked with valued clients such as Adient, Beam Suntory, and SC Johnson. Matt’s background includes working in finance and education.

Nicole is a dynamic change management and operational excellence consultant with over twenty years of experience in the manufacturing, consumer products, healthcare, insurance, and non-profit industries. Nicole has designed and managed general business operations, including strategic planning, growth, and development, hiring, coaching, mentoring, process improvement, project management, and execution. Nicole brings expertise in change strategy, stakeholder management, process re-engineering, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and leadership coaching. She has led successful projects in finance, HR, manufacturing, IT, Shared Services, and healthcare clinical settings that include domestic and global components and span multiple sites.
