End Users - How many end users will need training? How many are heavy or light users? How are they distributed amongst the organization? Infrastructure - What training is currently offered? What is the most common training? Facilities - What facilities currently exist for training? What is the capacity of the facilities? Are there limitations? Trainers - Who will manage, schedule, create, and implement the training? Who are the key subject matter experts? Web Functionality - What does your intranet, connectivity, server software, and disk space look like? Tech - Do you have a technical resource that manages the hardware, connectivity? If not do you have the budget to do so? Web Content - How is your web content authored, updated, published, and utilized?
