2A Agree to Sponsor Engagement Plan

1. Meet with sponsor to determine level of commitment. 2. Identify authorizing sponsors and reinforcing sponsors and their corresponding areas of responsibility. 3. Create the action plan of each sponsor. Actions plans include the action being addressed, the owner, the timing and any other comments. 4. A development plan should be created and updated for all sponsors throughout the project plan. 5. Should include very specific issues with definitive timing considerations.
