� Identify by name your Sponsors, Change Agents and Advocates. � Identify Targets at least with their job title and location. � It is important to identify all stakeholders in each role so that you can manage their expectations and involvement in the program to ensure its success. � After reviewing the role descriptions, use the table that follows to identify by name all of the Sponsors, Change Agents and Advocates. � If your Target population is sufficiently large, identify them by job title and location only.
